JOB PURPOSE: | We are looking for a competitive Tele-Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The Tele-Sales Rep will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals and will aim at meeting sales targets. As a tele-sales representative, you reach potential customers directly through the phone in order to encourage them to purchase from Rangechem Pharmaceuticals. |
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contact potential customers to inform them about Rangechem Pharmaceuticals
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales deals
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales goals and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Monitor sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals preferably over the phone
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Have Integrity
- Good team player
