| OPERATIONS | To take goods to the customer and ensure to reach on time To act as a messenger of the company Collect payment from customers Ensure bikes are clean at all time Help on loading and offloading of the product Report n bike breakdowns and servicing Keep records on their activities Handle other paper work related to the delivery |
| CUSTOMERS | Ensure that they get feedback complains and compliments from customers and take it to the right person to address those complaints |
| PEOPLE | Induct new employees on the department of delivery and ensure they work as a team, hold departmental meeting prior to team leaders meeting. |
