JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales and Promotion:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Identify and prioritize key target healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutions for maximum impact.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with HCPs, pharmacists, and healthcare facilities.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting clinical benefits and value.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize sales outcomes.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to raise product awareness.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to engage with HCPs and enhance sales effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Offer ongoing scientific and product support to HCPs, ensuring optimal product utilization and patient care.
- Develop tailored customer engagement plans to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Stay abreast of healthcare industry developments, new clinical guidelines, and therapeutic advancements.
- Develop and implement competitive intelligence strategies to maintain a market advantage.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reports.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in continuous professional development to maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare sales role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare industry regulations is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
